We recommend the Bio-Rad PTC Tempo Deepwell Thermal Cycler (Model: 12015392). This model has been tested thoroughly and performs reliably with Countable PCR.
Other thermal cyclers have also been tested to be compatible with Countable PCR:
For all models, please ensure the ramp rate is set to 2 °C/s, lid temperature to 105 °C, and volume set to 100 μL.
Even if your model isn’t listed above, it may still be compatible—if it meets these required specs:
